Renee is the founder of Eddy Wellness and a faculty member at The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy. She has over 15 years of experience guiding adults on their healing journeys and teaching other practitioners how to use EMDR in their practice. She founded Eddy Wellness, a safe space for women to tackle the root of their pain. Joined by her all-women team of licensed professionals, Eddy Wellness helps women online and in her seaside Connecticut office, leave each session feeling lighter and more empowered.

Carol Scheg-Morissette is the founder of Healthy Alternatives Wellness Center. Carol has a full-time Reiki sound energy healing holistic practice located in Rochester New York in the town of Irondequoit. She is a pioneer in Sound Healing & certified Sound Healer. Carol focuses on individuals with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, chemical sensitivity, depression and anxiety. She offers a variety of energy therapy services for body, mind & spirit to enhance your wellness journey. Carol is a Reiki master teacher and an IET master instructor. She is certified in sound healing and offers weekly guided meditations, sound immersions and provides a variety of different energy sessions, classes, events and workshops. She loves helping people take back their health naturally.
She will be offering a selection of crystals, Reiki infused smudge sprays, Moon water, Reiki infused Angels, some sound healing tools, sage and palo santo sticks, and books "The Art of Healing" and "Perfectly Precious Poems".

Kat Bouchard-Kowalczyk is a Reiki level 2 practitioner, amateur mad scientist and appreciator of the stress relief that a well-placed curse word can invoke! From this, Potty-Mouth Potions, her custom essential oil blends, came into existence. She did a last-minute soft launch of these products at last year’s Reiki retreat and is looking forward to introducing an expanded line at this year’s retreat!
She'll be offering signature essential oil blends infused with compassion, sass & a healthy dose of levity.Custom blends are happily provided upon request.
