  • Do I have to be a Reiki practitioner / trained in Reiki to attend?

    No, everyone is welcome to attend and experience this amazing weekend! In fact come early and attend the Holy Fire Level I and II Reiki class with Tracey Sullivan, ICRT licensed teacher - Thursday 4/28 - Friday 4/29.   • Is there an age requirement to attend the Retreat or stay at Silver Bay?

    No there is no age limit to attend the retreat; however, anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them. Silver Bay will have a number of activities for anyone not attending the retreat. Please check with Silver Bay for details.

  • What is a "pre-retreat" class or workshop?

    They are optional classes/workshops offered by our presenters in the days leading up to the actual retreat. These in-person classes/workshops are not included in the retreat registration and require an additional registration and fee. Also, remember to book additional nights with Silver Bay for these classes, which are scheduled before the retreat. Learn More

  • What is the Covid-19 policy?

    Please do not attend if you have any cold symptoms or fever. Masks are optional.

  • Is Wi-Fi available?

    Yes, there is wireless internet access across most of the campus.

  • Are CEU's offered?

    CEU’s may be available for some pre-retreat reiki classes. Please consult your instructor.

  • Can I register for part of the Retreat?

    No. You can only register for the full Retreat.

  • How can I see the schedule?

  • What is the refund policy?

    The retreat registration fee is not refundable, however it can be rolled over to the next year or transferred to another attendee. See Silver Bay for accommodations refund policy.

  • Is there a sign-up for vendors?

  • What are the Silver Bay room rates?

    Single, double and triple room accommodations are available in two price ranges. Please refer to STEP 1 of Registration.

  • Can I stay off property?

    Yes, attendees can stay off site. However, a Visitor Day Pass is required. They can be purchased by contacting Silver Bay directly - 1(888)-758-7229 or 1(518)-543-8833. One Day Passes for $60.00 that includes any 2 meals.

  • Can Silver Bay accommodate my special dietary needs?

    Yes, if you have food allergies and/or special dietary needs*, please download and complete this Food Allergen & Special Diet Request Form and send to gro.yabrevlis%40ecivresdoof no later than 30 days prior to arrival to ensure proper communication, ordering of special items and more if required. If forms are provided after the 30-day deadline, then Silver Bay cannot guarantee certain accommodations will be made as it relates to meals.
    *In some cases, our Food Service Department has requested guests with extreme airborne and other allergies or restrictions not partake in meals in our dining hall and instead prepare their own meals. In the event someone in your group is informed of this, we will do what we can to make this a seamless process and provide tools along the way.

  • Does Silver Bay serve meat?

  • What is the meal schedule?

  • Can I smoke?

    Smoking tobacco is only permitted in the designated smoking area (near the flagpole).

  • What are the check in and check out times at Silver Bay?

    Check In time at Silver Bay is 4:00 pm and Check Out time is TBD.Please note: Dinner is your first meal upon check-in and is from 5:30 pm -6:30 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 6:15 pm please eat beforehand.You can purchase light snacks and drinks from the vending machines on the first floor of the inn and guest laundry room.

  • How can I get to Silver Bay?

    ● BY BUS: Buses from major cities stop south of Silver Bay in Lake George Village and Glens Falls, New York.● BY AIR: Albany, NY and Burlington, VT airports are served by both commuter and major airlines, with connections from anywhere in the nation.● BY TRAIN: Two Amtrak trains per day stop in Ticonderoga (20 minutes north of Silver Bay) year-round. One departing from Penn Station in NYC and one arriving at Penn Station in NYC. All trains stop at the Albany/Rensselaer station to travel north to Ticonderoga.

  • How will the weather be at Silver Bay in early May?

    The average min. temp at night in the southern Adirondack Mountains is 52 degrees and daily high temp is 65-74 degrees.

  • How do I access the on-demand recordings of the event?

    2022 registrants will receive an email with login and password information to view the programs once the recordings are available.

  • Is a Media Release Form required?

    Yes, the Media Release Form is part of the registration process. Your registration will be considered complete after this required form is submitted.
