2027 NERR Registration Process
Step 1: Make Lodging Reservations*
Make your lodging reservation online HERE or purchase a day pass and meal tickets by calling Silver Bay directly at 1(888)-758-7229 or 1(518)-543-8833. If calling directly for lodging, remember to inform Silver Bay that you are with NERR and you'll get the reduced room rate.

* Silver Bay offers day passes that include meals for NERR registrants who are staying off site.
Your accommodations for the NERR Retreat, April 29 - May 2, 2027 specifically includes:● Thursday 4/29 - Dinner● Friday 4/30 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner● Saturday 5/1 - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner● Sunday 5/2 - BreakfastYou can purchase meals ala carte as well. For example, if you want to arrive early on Friday, before the NERR registration, you could add a lunch. They have a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options. For special diets please complete the Special Diet Request Form and send all completed forms to gro.yabrevlis%40ecivresdoof no later than 2 weeks before arrival.

Step 2: Register for 2027 Event
EARLY BIRD Registration rate is $349 and includes 4 days (4/29/27 - 5/2/27) of presentations and amazing experiences in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains. After 10/31/26 registration increases to $399.

PLEASE NOTE:Retreat registration fee is not refundable, however it can be rolled over to the next year or transferred to another attendee. See Silver Bay for accommodations refund policy.
