We will use our voices for singing, toning, chanting, speaking and humming for our personal well-being and with our clients. NO Voice Experience necessary- this is not about singing ability. We will access your voices in a comfortable way.
This class will include:● Chanting the Reiki Symbol Kotodamas and the Japanese Reiki Healing Principles;● Learning the Sacred Vowel Sounds and Seed Syllables of the elements● Reiki Humming● How to use our Reiki speaking voices to talk about Reiki in a meaningful and grounded way.
 You will also learn:- how to begin overcoming fear of sounding your voice- how to begin using your voice as a healing instrument- how to begin developing and working with your vocal intuition- how silence holds important messages for us- to work with the vibrations of the frame drum

Kristy Snedden, LCSW has been an enthusiastic Reiki Master (Usui Shiki Ryoho) since 2009 and obtained her Holy Fire Master in 2021 and her Karuna Reiki Master in 2022. She is a trauma therapist, a poet, an artist, and a musician. She lives in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of northeast Georgia where she maintains a full-time private practice treating clients who range in age from the very young to the very old. She specializes in working with creativity and trauma and integrates Reiki, Brainspotting, Expressive Arts, and other brain-body approaches to bring forth deep healing. She believes deeply in the power of creativity to create deep healing. She has developed or co-developed numerous trainings, including Brainspotting, Reiki, and Poetry to Deepen Healing; Healing with Brainspotting, Music, Poetry, and Art; Brainspotting Through the Poet’s Eye; and Brainspotting Radical Creativity.
