This 2-day program focuses on learning effective self-healing techniques and incorporating Reiki to help you improve your life. With a focus on empowerment, Renee brings her 15+ years of experience in mental health, specialization in the treatment of trauma, love of scientific evidence, and practice as a Reiki Master Teacher to the course. While developing the class, she paid special attention to making sure that she also covered all necessary items required by the International Center for Reiki Training to be able to give you a certificate in Reiki I & II, Holy Fire III at the end.

Our time together will be a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. After several years in private practice, she established Eddy Wellness, a multi-disciplinary wellness center and group practice.
Renee works with people suffering from an array of emotional challenges, including adjustment difficulties, anxiety, depression, relational issues, but holds additional specialization in the treatment of trauma throughout the life span, including complex developmental trauma. She has worked in varying roles throughout her career as a counselor to include: an emergency response pediatric therapist, outpatient clinician in a non-profit agency, forensic therapist, clinical supervisor, program coordinator, and college professor.
Renee’s passion is helping people heal, be well, and embrace their lives. She utilizes traditional and holistic approaches to treat the whole self – mind, body, spirit. Renee is a life-long learner and frequently seeks out opportunities to expand and challenge her own knowledge.
